INACTIVE ALL ITEM MASTER DATA USING IMPORTING DATA USING SAP B1 8.8
it alway says

#MessageHelpContextDate / TimeMessage ID 1Enter valid code for Row Number 1<A HREF="10000485" TYPE="1" COLOR="purple">Help</A>Items15/12/2017 15:32:1210000485

Hi,
In order to inactive all the items, you have to set these fields:
ValidFor --> "N"
FrozenFor --> "Y"

Example:
ItemCode ValidFor FrozenFor
 ABCSDE      N        Y
