Hello Experts,

How can i download Standard Web service WSDL file in SAP C4C ?

In SAP C4C, in service work center we can create the Tickets,

I want to download the Web service and WSDL file of the Creation of ticket ?

How can i achieve this ?

Please help me out........

Hi Balreddy,

if you look for the WSDL I only know the UI in Silverlight:

Workcenter "Application and User Management" - WorkcenterView "Service Explorer".

There you find all Inbound Services and can download the WSDL.

Dear Balreddy,

If I understood you correctly, and you want to download the xml file of the web service, you need to enter to the Administrator work center in HTML5 UI or in silverlight, under the General Settings view you will find the System Administration title and the Web Service Message Monitoring link. Over there you will find all the incoming and outgoing xml files and you can mark and view everyone of them.
