Workshop service job process

Dear all

Please any one give your ideasfor below subject

We are going for Workshop plant (manufacturing , repairing,servicing the assemblies) implementation projects.

This plant is serving to sister concerns, somehow to outside jobs also. The Manufacturing process will go for PP order and sales. Finally we can get the exact product cost with various materails, activities, overhead for selling.

In same time the repairs/services jobs we are thinking to go for CS order or refurbishment order for getting the exact service materail cost selling to the customers.

Please if any one have the documents for Repair/services orders and its sales document please forward to mail.

Also we wants the Quotation creation and billing related configuartion for billing .

The scanario is below one

The workshop plant (machine shop). Here they able to repair the components, manufacturing assemblies relates with machining, fabrication.

The components, services, activities has to be booked.In these all activities they need as power cost, dep cost, manpower cost etc directly,They needs the manufacturing costs , servicing costs with profit.

The same will be selling to the customers (sister concern+third party) for the revenue costing. We think the manufacturing assemblies scanario will go thro PP and SD.

The problem is some small services/repairs assemblies/materails/activities better we are thinking to follow thro CS order. Then they receives the credit account.

But upto now i am not handled this CS issue. Please any one have the documents for repair/service orders and its sales order user level documents please forward.

PM point of view i am fully aware , what additional configuation required for billing at DP90. Please share the documents.
