pa30-creating employee

hi all,

while creating employee in pa30 i am getting error ,

No entry in table for T503Z for 101K1

pls help out how to overcome it.

Check if your table has the combination of Molga, employee

group and Emp. sub group ...

in your case ...

10 - Molga

1 - Emp group

K1 - Emp sub group...

Hi Srinivas,

I hope you are giving K1 as Employee sub group. That was not defined in your system. I think you can define that K1 in the configuration and try to create now it will work.

Hi,

This is the path where you can define that employee subgroup.

SPRO-> Enterprise Structure -> Definition -> Human Resource Mgmt -> Employee Sub Groups.

Click on here and Define Employee Subgroup.

Once you done the above steps now you can create with this in PA30.

Hi,

In Tcode PA30, click 'HR Master Data' at top left of the screen. Select 'Personnel Actions' from this. Select action 'Hiring' from the table (first entry) and execute (F8). Fill in the details and save.
