Hello Forum Members,

Could some one provide me a brief history on the evolution of TSW,namely the Features added in each release, the date of Release and stuff.

Also the TSW and APO integration in Nutshell.

I have gone through the Release notes and IOG340 but was not satisfied with the materialm as it could not provide me with all the details.

Thanks in Advance.

Sujit

TSW leverges the functionality of core IS-OIL Modules like HPM, TDP, TD to provide solutions for transportation and inventory planning.

the 472 release has functionalities like Location balancing, Stock projection, 3 way pegging (sales/demand/transportation), nomination, ticketing, worklist , marine scheduling , laytime/demurrage for marine and pipeline transport.

The next functional release is ERP6.0 - Enhancement pack 3.

It extends the functionality to railcar transport as well.

It also gives a integration to 3rd party trading systems (Commodity XL from Triple Point technologies).

It gives an itegration to SAP IS-UTIL

It's integrated with KSS rackprice solution.

The sales and purchase processes are service enabled via enterprise services (webservices)
