deleting old values from the output table

I have created a model in which i give an input of a plant in my company and get all the relevant information from the queries attached to the model. i am facing a problem that if i input a plant for which no data is available, the tables are not refreshed and are showing the old values. This is being a very misleading result. Please help.

Would it be possible to email / insert link of your model layout. If not, answer me 2 things:

1. Do you click a button to query on the basis of the plant e.g. Results ,

2 If yes what action have you given it (custom action or predefined action- submit)?

Hi Naveen,

One option could be not to display the table if the response to query is null.

1. Create a boolean variable HAS_RESULT.

2. On response of the query, fill this variable to true or false on basis of the field, e.g. Orderid or Customer id (field which is never empty)

3. Set the visibility of the table to boolean variable in step 1. Please refer to this [image|http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/8547/tablewf4.jpg].
