Adjust delivery q.ty non batch managed items

Hi everyone,

when I try to adjust the quantity (from 20 to 30) of an Inbound delivery for an item not managed with batches , before the goods receipt, through "I002 Delivery Difference, Adj. + Q.ty", all the quantity of the delivery turns to 0 and not to the real quantity.

I cannot fix this error and I don't know how to solve it.

Could someone help me, please?

    Hi Michele,

which transaction are you using and which button/function do you press? If you are in /SCWM/PRDI you can use Process Codes->Adjust delivery quantity. This will always set the quantity to the lowest possible quantity (in your case probably 0).

If you want to reduce from 30 to 20, you have the following options in /SCWM/PRDI:

1.) simply change the quantity from 30 to 20. This will then take the default process code of your process code profile.

2.) If you use Process Codes->With Quantity Adjustment, you can enter a quantity and a process code. In order to change from 30 to 20 you must enter a -10 here as you enter the difference.

Lowering the quantity may not be possible if you already started with warehouse activities like putaway planning,...

    Best regards

    Markus
