How can we check the Flow of data from SAP PI to SAP C4C ?

Hello Experts,

I am Newbie to cloud for customer , i would like to explain my Integration Scenario

When the Customer created Sales order in ECC, automatically the Service ticket is created in SAP C4C using SAP PI as Middleware.

Here my question how can we check the Passage of data from SAP PI to SAP C4C ?
