Error on SAP HANA cloud Iot cockpit error

Hi All,

I am facing below error while clicking on send and view message or perform other actions on IOT cockpit.

Service Unavailable

No server is available to handle this request, or the application iotmmss0010309404trial.hanatrial.ondemand.com is temporarily down for maintenance. Excuse us for the inconvenience.

A temporary workaround is to bind iotmms application either to MaxDB or HANA MDC DB since there are currently some issues with the shared HANA DB on Trial.

Hi Anton,

Can you please give me details how i can create a MDC HANA or MaxDB Database/Schema and bind it manually to the IoT MMS.

i dont know how to do it

what i need to put Database User and password in data source bindings ....it is giving me error username and passowrd is invalid.

A default HANA MDC DB user is "SYSTEM"

[anton_levin]

Make sure to re-start iotmms after doing data source re-binding. And you data source should be the default one for iotmms.

Did you try with MaxDB?

I also see "SQLInvalidAuthorizationSpecException: [10]: authentication failed" errors in the remote logs for your iotmms instance. Please, make sure you specify the correct password when creating a data source binding with HANA MDC.

let me try with MaxDB .............can you also give me details what username and password i need to put while creating data source dinding with HANA MDC?

See my comment from today morning pls. Username is "SYSTEM". Password you set yourself when creating an instance of HANA MDC.
