Assign user to specific job

i have in my company 5 warehouses , each warehouse has a store keeper.

i want to assign each store keeper to his warehouse , so he can not make any action in another warehouses ( goods recive, goods issue , etc...) .

Use approval procedure to get approval if default warehouse is changed during posting.

The above reply is correct. But user may change the default warehouse to another warehouse while posting the document.

Here we need create transaction notification to block if default warehouse is being changed to different warehouse.

how to block the default warehouse to be changed?

also, if we set the default warehouse to user he can not make any transaction in other warehouses? because this point is very important, if he want to make stock transfer to another warehouse should get a permission from the warehouse keeper.

but my issue not to set the default warehouse only , I want to look the user only to work on one or two warehoses and do not have the permission to make any transaction in another warehouses without them store keepers permision
