Curious phrasing in the Activity Stream

Just saw this in my activity stream:

but also

(not Tammy performed the action 'answer' on an object of type question)

and

(not Sajid performed the answer 'like' on an object of type blog post)

The 2nd and 3rd are obviously worded correctly and the first really should say "Matt closed a question". Or, actually, do I really need to know that Matt did that? Maybe it shouldn't be there at all?

I'm sure this isn't a new problem - it has been like this for a long time I think. It just suddenly grabbed my attention for some unknown reason...!

Steve.

Steve, you're spying on me! Could it be that you see my "close" action because you're a moderator? I don't know the answer to that. I agree, it could have said "Matt Fraser closed the question..." instead.

And, you probably noticed I closed, then reopened, then reclosed, that same question. I admit it, I found a typo (actually, an incorrect hyperlink) in my comment when I closed it, so I had to reopen it so that I could edit the comment.

Sorry Matt, I have to disappoint you - this is visible to anyone who follows you, the tag or the question...

This has been mentioned already by Jelena The First a year ago but it could've been either in CC comments or the SAP Jam that was actually designated to the Activity stream improvements (whatever happened to that?). I couldn't find it in Google.

As a side note - it's still better than "email.if.customer not instantiated" message I got on some website recently. :)
