Crystal Reports Runtime Upgrade corrupts registry entries

Hello,

Scenario:

1) Install Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.20

Registry entries are these:

2) Install Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.21 (Performs upgrade)

Registry entries are these (registry entries are missing):

3) Repair Crystal Reports Runtime 13.0.21

Now the registry entries are correct.

Known issue, uninstall the old version first. PS using SP 21 with Business One may cause issues.... CR for VS is the runtime for B1 and they are not up to date, they don't release the latest update....
