TSW :: O4TFN : Error during ticket actualization

Hi All,

During the ticket actualization getting error message : PO header data still faulty

Scenario is O - K.

Purchase contract is assigned to the nomination item.

The PO is not yet created.

Clueless to investigate further. Please suggest.

Hi Parveen,

This error happens when the creation of purchase order from the purchase contract contains some errors.

Have a look at note 1063720 which could help you solve the problem, if the note does not help you then you need to check the purchase contract to see if the details such as pricing are maintained correctly in the purchase contract.

If this note already exists in your system, then the other way to check this problem is to see the error records after execution of function module BAPI_PO_CREATE1, which would populate the error table L_T_RETURN.

If you dig into this table it will give you a clear description of where the error lies.

Hi Praveen,

Please check for completeness of data in your purchase contract.

The ticket actualisation is failing in the process of creating the purchase order from the purchase contract.

The junction function OIJ_EL_DOCG_CREAT_MM_CALLOFF_N is creating the PO using the FM BAPI_PO_CREATE1.

So you can verify by executing this FM or trying creating the PO referencing the purchase contract using standard transaction to see if there is any missing information in the contract.
