Cant view any report/dashboard on ipad/iphone

I just finished configuring SAP Mobile on iPad/iPhone and saved some webi reports and dashboard as Mobile platform under the categories under "Mobile" and "Mobile Designed".

When I log on as an administrator on the device, I can see all dashboards and webi reports using the same iPhone and iPad which I saved using "Save As Mobile platform" but when I log on as a regular user I dont see anything on the same device, I get a message that "No document Available"... Note that I have set up the connection successfully on the device using the BI app as I can log on to the app but cant see any documents.

Is there any special permission or authorization rights I need to assign to regular users so they can view the reports and dashboards on the mobile.

Not sure how to assign authorization on the Categories level.

Any help will be appreciated.

    • Hi Jawahar,

Thanks for the note.. I have followed all the steps mentioned in the SAP note but still dont see any report or dashboard via mobile device.. the steps mentioned in the note are normal steps we take while assigning security rights other than Mobile. Is there anything else I need to do to in terms of settings etc.

Do I need to move the objects under category individually for each user or need to assign rights for each category where reports/dashboards are residing (for each user)

      Appreciate your help

I have managed to set it up on iPad but cant see my reports/dashboard on iPhone.

The Administrator account is not an issue on both devices but whenever i log on using regular user, I can see dashboards on the iPad but dont see anything on the iPhone... Is there anything I need to do different in the iPhone in CMC configuration interms of rights and authorizations.
