I'm reading this SAP Notes:
1969397 - Troubleshooting Guide for SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA
But still can't get thru it:
Got confused also with this line: Make sure the UTC time is the same on your Linux server and the domain controller.
5.3 Question: Why can’t I get past the step Windows Domain User Authentication (Single Sign-On) with all required information entered?
Error: “Specify a valid Windows domain”.
Solution: Check the following:
The fully-qualified domain name (FQDN) must be in upper case. Caution: your Windows computer may display lower-case FQDN (Computer properties: Domain) but Linux requires it to be in upper case.
The FQDN is not the NetBIOS name of the domain (your domain user account is NetBIOS\UserAccount).
Make sure the network is available between your Linux server and the domain controller (e.g. use the PING command).
Make sure the UTC time is the same on your Linux server and the domain controller.
Make sure the specified domain user is exactly the same as what is created in the domain, including the letter case.
Note: This domain user should be a service user purely for the use of setting up single sign-on. Do not assign any privilege to the user except for the logon privilege. And keep the user's password unchanged; otherwise, SSO may not work.
