Custom Code Management Configuration in 7.2 sp03

We are executing the configuration steps of custom code management in solution manager 7.2 sp03. We currently executing ATC master runs in our QA (quality assurance) environments so we want to extract the ATC results from that environment in CCLM. However we want to run UPL in our production environments and want to extract that data from the production environment in CCLM. In step 6.2 of the custom code management configuration, you can select data collection groups from each managed system. A list of Scenarios and check boxes next to each scenario appears. In order to collect the ATC results from the QA systems and UPL data from production, what should I select in each system and how does this data get merged so that I see it as 1 for each application (ECC, SCM, SRM, etc). Also should the rest of the information that can be selected in step 6.2 come from QA or Prod

Ok I think that I am getting closer. According to the latest CCLM document (the one for CCLM 7.2 SP05), on page 20 it says:

CCLM is designed as a single source of truth, therefore it is recommended to connect the
complete landscape from development system(s) up to the productive system(s) to the SAP
Solution Manager CCLM. Only with the connection to the complete landscape it will be possible
to benefit completely from the transparency and the features provided by CCLM.

So that means that we need to connect all of our environments (Development, Quality, and Production) to Solution Manager and extract the different data from each of these systems into CCLM. There is even a chart on page 23 that show a recommendation as to what information should be extracted from which system.

However the question is how can we consolidate this information into a single application view. For instance if we are pulling custom objects and and usage from Production and ATC code quality information from our Quality environment, how can we merge this data so when we are looking at the quality cockpit or the City Model, we can see that they Usage and Quality data is coming from our SAP ECC system even though the data is from 2 different systems (one being production and the other being quality)? If you have any idea of how to do this, please post your response.
