Fiscal year change

Hi friends,

earlier we used Fiscal year 2007(Apr'07 to mar'08), if i want to change this fiscal year from Jan'08 to Dec'08 for fical year 2008, what steps i should take and how can i transfer 3 periods data(Jan'08-Mar'08) to new fiscal year 2008.
