Unable to Receive email in CRM

HI All,

I have confiured the CRM for receiving emails

I have configured the SMTP in SCOT, added the SMTP profile Values in tcode-- RZ10, ACTIVATED THE SMTP service in SICF AND also the SMTP SERVICE IS GREEN IN tcode--SMICM

I am able to send emails from CRM

However I am unable to recieve the emails from external email id. Thers is no trace in SCOT.

I am getting this error message:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Sent: Tue, 1 Apr 2008 03:41:43 +0530

Subject: test messagie 5555

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

balu at xyz.com

Error Type: SMTP

Remote server (192.168.2.201) issued an error.

hMailServer sent: .

Remote server replied: Remote server closed connection.

Tried 2 time(s)

Can anybody suggest me how can I solve it?
