We are facing delay while connecting SAP client within our WAN environment. We have 5 SAP users at our production situated in other city. we have dedicated bandwidth link of 5MB that has been establish between both cities .(5+5 )Mb i.e. 5 Mb for internet and 5Mb for Data. the client connects with normal speed but its getting slower and slower with time.

We have tested the ping rate within both links i.e. 12ms to 40 ms as latency time.
what are the minimum requirements of BW over WAN(VPN) and how can we improve the performance and what factors to check to improve the performance.
