KEU5 Execute Actual Assement, is not working

Hi All:

I have a problem with KEU5 transaction. After execute Actual Assement, I check results in KE24, and it is supposed the result is the same in FI, S_ALR_87003569, but there are some differences (no really big) between cebes.

I am far from be an expert in FI, so I have no idea where could be the error. I have checked the segments in KEU3 and they appear to be ok.

Please, any idea?

Thaks in advance.

    Hi

When you run assessment cycle (KEU5) you move amounts from CO to PA. Look at the log for KEU5. You may expect to see 3 results.

    (A) Assessment cycle ran successfully. The log will give you the document number.

    (B) No data was selected

    (C) There is something wrong with the cycle

Hence it is essential to see the KEU5 log.

KEU5 doesn't create a FI document. Rather it creates a PA document, hence you may not be able to see it in KE24.

    Regards

    • Hi:

I know the KEU5 transaction doesn't create a FI document, but total amunt by profit center must be equal in FI and PA.

I'm going to check the KEU5 log file, thanks for your help.

The problem was we have no data in recv trackn factor- Portion/percent. Now it runs ok.

      Regards
