Not able to see logon page in SAP enterprise portal

Hi

I am new to enterprise portal, I have downloaded the "com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.par.bak" file from my portal and made changes to it by replacing the SAP default branding image to custom image with the same name.

And upload the same file with the same name to portal using below path

• System Administration->Support->Support Desk->Portal Runtime->Administration console

when i refresh the portal URL, i am getting following error.

Kindly let me know step by step procedure to fix this issue.

Hi

I see that you are getting runtime error in portal. In the screenshot, you can find the Exception id which 2781950 in this case. Go to the default traces and search the exception with this id. You can find this located at:
../usr/sap/<SAPSID>/<J2EE_Inst_No>/j2ee/cluster/server0/log/default#.trc
(The latest default trace would be least in size)

Copy the exception and paste it here. I will check the root cause and provide you further details.
