Wha is Quota compensation in Time and what r the steps to be configured in Quota compensation....

Quota Compensation is used to deduct the quota to be compensated from the actual quota.
This is usually used when you encash the leave quota.
Pl check the path - Personnel Administration - Payroll Data - Leave Compensation
If payroll is integrated, requisite wagetypes and configuration apart from the above has to be taken care.
The above node only ensure the deduction of encased leave from the actual quota and this is also displayed in PT50.

Check in
SPRO>TIM>TIME DATA AND RECORDING ADMINISTRATION>MANAGING TIME A/C->TIME QUOTA COMPENSATION..........
For wage type check in
SPRO>PY>PY INDIA-->TIME QUOTA COMPENSATION
After tht use the IT0416 as per ur req......

Hi Vinod,
Time Quots compensation is a way a in which an employee is paid for the quota which he had but has not used.So the used quota would be remunerated and IT0416 has to be maintained and a custom PCR also has to be mainted.
Ex: CL quota is 20 days per year he used only 2 days so for the remaning 18 days he would be paid.
Any clarifications please let me know.
