Leave request Self Approval

Hi Experts,

Our client requirement was to implement Leave Request Process on ESS.

For Employee, they send Leave Request to Manager to approve.

For Manager, they send Leave Request to themselve then self approve.

I am using standart workflow WS12300111 but the manager does not see his request in tab Manager Self Service.

How can I config for that?

Dont be surprised of this requirment, this is a genuine requirment for Top Management Executives.
