APO-PPDS CTP planning issue

We are using APO PPDS CTP planning. Requirement is simple: to not allow CTP engine to create orders within next 5 days.

This can be achieved using PTF (Planning time fence). But we have an issue: There is an order type of urgent orders which uses the exact same material. Urgent orders are ordered by customers with some extra payment since it is stoppage on their line. In these cases, the CTP should provide the same day date as required date.

If we use the PTF, the urgent orders are not being honoured and confirmation date is after PTF. Is there a way we can allow urgent orders to be created within the same day? If we don’t use planning time fence, how can we restrict normal orders not to be scheduled within 5 days bucket?

What you are asking for is an exception. There isn't a way to handle that exception within standard SAP. The way industry deals with this situation is to manually schedule such Orders, after the fact that they've been created on the schedule. I would not expect a standard, out-of-the-box solution for this requirement.
