Hi Experts,

1.Any one can pls suggest me how to create Transactions Automatically with status(eg:Approved,declined..etc).

2.and i would like to maintain the copy control between 2 transactions with Activity Partner,Interaction center agent,Notes,Reason as well as attachments.

can u pls send me the step by step config........

hi venkat

u just create a new action profile using standard or a completely new one ,there u use the method as method _ call and there use copy_document

and give process_type

u have to create a container for that and in that container u need to specify the initial valuse which will be ur follow transaction type for ex for lead u give it as Y002

un can see the action profile Business Activity ,it is the standard profile in this see how method call is getting used,

also take care it is a multi purpose profuile ,u just check follo up task named action in it.

what u exactly meant by word automatically,u can create a transaction than give whatever status u want to give and then save it u have the transaction with u having a particular status set.

yeah a follow up transaction u can create using action such that whatever status u have in originating transaction u will have in follow up transaction in such a way that automatic transaction creation takes place but u need to specify the transaction type.

regarding ur second requirement,i would say that u can do that using copy control functionality

just give ur target and source transaction such that item level and header level transactions are copied from source to destination.
