How to make a date user field is greater than another date user field ?

Suppose 2 user fields:

1. U_StartDate

2. U_EndDate

i need SAP B1 to validate EndDate > than StartDate.

Is it possible with SAP Business One Application ?

..without using transaction notification.

The only two possible ways I can think

- Transaction Notification (You don`t want to use)

- Add-on

Otherwise I don`t think there is a standard way.
