Hello

Does anyone know a function that returns all free PERNRs within a given range?

    create a nuber range object in SRNO and

    use function Number get next

    to get the next nuber it will increment automaticly in the range you have defined

    Try and use FM NUMBER_GET_NEXT if you know the number range, or else have a look a function groups SNR* and transaction SNRO.

    personal numbers should not reflect any information, it's part of the primary key and therefore free of any information. So just leave poernr free, the system will take the next one available (with correct customization).
