Dear Sarabpreet
As you may be aware SAP has programmed so many packages modulewise and in SD, the package name for sale order is VA, VL for delivery and VF for billing. Accordingly our TCodes are also based on this package only.
thanks

Hi,
SAP is German Company, so some of their tcodes are named after their functions in German language.
So probably VF too might stand for billing in German language.
For detailed documentation and history, please refer help sites.
regards,
Siddharth.
