SAP system in Windows Server Environment. We install SAP in domain abc.local. We have shared folder in def.local. Permission given to everyone. Trust relationship established between abc.local and def.local. From OS can access the shared folder, but from AL11 cannot open the directory. I found out our vendor install SAP using server local not domain access. How to solve this problem?
The shared folder must be accessible for SAPService<SID> user of abc.local domain.
Check share and security permissions.
Best regards,
Kalle

Hello Mohd Fazrul Mohd Khasim,
After setting SAPService<SID> account access on share folder please make sure you restart SAP Service through SAP management console.
OR
STOP SAP system restart windows services related to SAP and Start SAP and try again
Hope this resolve this issue. Let me know how if goes..
