do we have a report available in abap by standard to feed a campaign name and extract the BPs linked to it?

you can fetch the data using the following tables:

CRMD_IM_ML_HEAD Personalized Mails: Contact Tracking Outbound Table (Header)
CRMD_IM_ML_ITEM Personalized Mails: Contact Tracking Outbound Table (Item)
