MaxDB - Studio - Unable to Login

Having issues logging into a new MaxDB database for Solution Manager. Unfortunately - I'm not a DBA by any means and this is a one man show. I believe that this has to do with incorrectly assigning a password to encrypt the database???? I have that password, but I can't get a logon profile to get into the database in the Studio. Can anyone make a suggestion here of how I need to proceed??? Attached is the user log.

    Hi Tim,

Have you tried to reinstall database studio? This is easy and quick way to solve most of such issues.
When you deinstall the database studio, please check the OS file as well, make sure all the database studio folder are removed.

    Best regards,
    James
