Difference between Quality Management and Plant Maintainence

Hello,

We are trying to implement Quality notifications for SD.

Requirements in brief.

Analysis of customer initiated quality notifications by cause.

• analyze causes that are repeated for a particular plant or plants

• look at notifications by cause per week(s)

• look at notifications as a percentage of sales orders per week(s)

• look at notifications as a percentage of sales invoices per week(s)

In Logistics we have Application 05,17,18 which have extractors based on the same base tables QMEL,QMFE,QMUR,QMMA.

1. How is it differentiated for three applications? Is it based on the Notification Type and Notification Origin?

2. These areas have

2LIS_05_Q0NOTIF(header - qmel), 2LIS_05_Q0ITEM(item - qmel,qmfe),2LIS_05_Q0CAUSE (causes - qmel,qmfe,qmur).

To analyze causes do i need the header, item and causes extractor or just the 'causes' extractor should work.

Thanks

Shweta.

you do not need the header and item extractor if you just gonna need causes..
