when i do the good receipts with the same batch no.. Error message is displayed. how can i solve it. thanks

Check your batch management is at Material level or Plant level?

Hi,

Plant level: Here the batch number is not same in all plants in connection with the material.

If you do Stock transfer to other plant then the batch number will not same in both supplying plant & receiving plant

Material level:Here the batch number is same in all plants in connection with the material.

i believ u are making use of batch mangement at plant level or may be at company code level and due to that u r geeting that erro message as same batch no. is not allowed twic in same plant

if u want to use same batch no. for 2 differnt material in same plant the do the relvant settings for the batch mangement at material level
