Limit Item template

Former Member

Hello,

I have an issue regarding limit items in SRM. By default, I have the following settings :

- "Account Assignment" = "Unknow"

- "Follow-Up Actions" = "Invoice Only"

I would like to change these default values to :

- "Account Assignment" = "Know"

- "Follow-Up Actions" = "Confirmation and Invoice"

And if possible hide them in the template. Do you know how I can proceed?

Thanks for your help.

Best regards,

Patrick

Patrick-

What version of SRM are you working on? I have done a similiar action in the past using templates to fix the selections and hide the other options. You can also enforce the selections with the check/change badis.

When I did the template solution I placed a javascript check to always force the setting of the desired radio button to ensure I had the desired option/s set.

Hello Brian,

I am using SRM 5.0. Isn't there another way than modifying standard ?

I am busy with same requirement.

I already found a Note for part of your issue

Note 938219 - Limit Cart Accounting Default 'Known'. I will test it immediately.

For the rest anybody?

Hello,

Here is the note explaining the follow-up actions for limit items:

Note 855140 - Shopping cart w/ limit item & 'Invoice only' follow-up actns

And the note allowing to change the default following action to "Confirmation and Invoice" by default:

Note 1161650 - Default follow-on documents

Thanks

But I am unable to find OSS Note 1161650 in SAP Service.

Are you sure of the number, or is the Note not yet public?

Thanks

Does anyone know if this is actually a valid note that has yet to be released or if the not number is simply incorrect in the message?

Cheers
