Hello,
can someone help me to find the best way to settle production orders that are being processed at the same time. For our print jobs we currently start several production orders at the same time and charge the times via an extra Tool in SAP . Is there a better way via SAP that you e.g. only have to start one production order and implement a distribution schedule in SAP so that the costs are distributed to new production orders? What's the best way to do it?
I've heard of co-products. For example, is it possible to define the build plate as the main product and then automatically allocate the costs to the printed parts? e. g.
Product/PO 1 (plate) - Printing --> Product1 /PO1(plate) - Sawing --> Product 2 with 0.8 costs and Product 3 with 0.2 costs next order would be a completely new combination, for example:
P1 --> P2 (0.1) & P4 (0.3) & P5 (0.6)
New production orders (P2/P4/P5 )could have new Post-Processing
This would also help us to get a better cost distribution with external processes because you only have to dispatch one production order.
I can't use special t-codes like mill products. Do you know the easiest way to manage these complex multiple production orders. In the end you still need a good cost overview.
Thanks
No ideas?
Is there a way to distribute costs from a production /process order with multiple products to multiple production /process orders?
Or to create only one production /process order and distribute the costs individually?
