Batch determination for 531 Mvt type Scrap

Dear Friends,

Our Scenariao is REM make to stock. After prodction declatation (MFBF) system does not pick up batch atomaticaly for the component which has mentioned as negative qty in BOM i. e. scrap.

we have mentioned batch as valution type.

For other component sys picks up the batch V1 properly.

We have not mentioned this scrap mat as byproduct or not mentioned scrap percentage anywhere.

only stock determination group is mentained by which sys picks up batch for other Mvt types 261 and 131 but not picks up for 531 Mvt.

Please suggest solution.

Can you pl. elaborate why do you require batch for scrap.

If at all you want to create batch automatically , try automatic creation of batch for movt type 531 in IMG.

1. Hi you have mentioned the 531 movement type.

2. This is posting a Goods Receipt for the material when we do the back flush ..

here the batch number assignment would be manual so only it is not generating any batch numbers..

check this and let me know ...

Yes presently we are assigning the batch manually but users want it auto batch pick up in backflush.
