How to create Alert job for API?

Hi Scn Members,

How to create Alert consumer job for API if suppose any interface gets failed notification has to go to API tool(Ticketing tool)..

Thanks for the info.as im using SAP PI/PO Single stack when any interrface gets failed auto ticket has to be created in the third party ticketing tool.

Hello Bhasker,

Which middleware you are using? If SAP CPI then you can use Exception Subprocess to achieve the same.
