UWL - custom attribute / adhoc workflow

Hi everybody.

I just want to add a new custom atrribute to a UWL item. I have no backend systems, I'm just working with adhoc workflows(AdHocSystem). I tried to configure the uwl.standard.xml file but I see no changes in the display (added itemtype and modified the DefaultView).

Furthermore I wasn't able to find some good howtos for standard - adhoc workflow items.

Has anyone got an idea?

It shouldn't be so hatd to add just a textfield to filter the UWL task list 😉

thanks in advance

greets

jürgen

    Hi Martin.

    Thanks for your support!

I just want to add a new attribute to the existing ones in the detail view and in the item list. It should be a string which could be added by the user and it should be sortable 😉

And this attribute should be added to the standard ones for regular items in the UWL.

    Best regards

    Jürgen

    Hi Jürgen,

What are you trying to do exactly? Change the layout of the UWL or add a variable to the workitem (like extending an object)?

The UWL configuration guide could be found here on SDN I believe, so try searching for that, it could be helpful.

    Regards,

    Martin
