authorisation object CRM_ORD_LP

Hello,

i have asigned an user to a position. This position is assigned to an organisation unit sales group, which is assigned to a organisation unit sales buro. And this is assigned to a organisation unit sales organisation.

Now i maintained the authorisation object CRM_ORD_LP. The user should see all activities which are in his own sales group.

Then I switched on the trace for authorisation objects and run transaction CRMD_BUS2000126. Although i have maintained the authorisation for the user he can see all activities, also from other sales groups. If I look in the trace I see the fiel CHECK_LEV is empty. This field shoul contain the own sales group for the user.

Why ist this field empty? Can someone help me?

hi

u can cross check this thing by the following:

as u may know the sales data comprises of the attributes that are assigned to a particular business partner so to make those attributes visible u have assigned them to the BP

now just check in those attributes value whether by giving the particular business partner number u r getting any value or not

attributes here are sales org,saless office and sales group

u must be getting the info in these fields too if that is not coming u have missed some thing in assignment to BP.

moreover have u checked before applying the authorisation check what was the scenario.

just check it to get the feel
