cost calculation

hi all,

i have a problem in shipment cost calculation,in which, after doing vi02 (shipment cost) the status are C C C that is fully processed,but when i go vt02n there in the header level i see 'A' not processed Against the tab shipment csts ca.

can anyone tell me how to resolve this only then i can do p.g.i and also do invoicing.

    Dear Vijay,

    -->Check the shipment document is relevent for the shipment cost calculation or not the tab shipment csts ca in VT02 transaction.

    -->If not relevent

    Check the assignment of the shipment document to the shipment cost document in the IMG path

    Spro>Logistics execution>Transportation>Shipmet costs>shipment cost document-->Shipment cost relevance and default for shipment cost type.

    -->check in the shipment cost document is there any log exists.

    -->Check the document flow of the shipment document whether the shipment cost document is coming in the document flow or not.

      thanks for the reply,

      but i have all those seetings and whatever u have mentioned is available even then the shippment cost cal. in the header showing not processed,

      if u have any screen shot for this pls do send it ,it would be a great help for me.
