Hi Hari,

Did you try http://service.sap.com/rkt-solman ?

If you have a OSS ID and password, you have decent amount of SAP Tutor Files there, on the subject.

Over there, please choose Solution Manager 4.0; then, proceed to Solution Consultant Role' and one of the topics you'd find is this.

There are 3 Tutor files and a PDF file.
