ODS has a value 0.500,but report shows 1.000

Hi all,

We have a field GR qty which is a key figure. When i check the value in data target its value is 0.500, but i execute a report,i see a value os 1.000

Can any one tel me if thr are any setting i have to make to correct this error.

There should be a settings in Query designer properties to display decimal values, try that.

OR

Declare the key figure as FLTP data type, activate your infoprovider, TR/UR and check after that.

Hi all,

Thanks for the replies.

GR QTY was giving the UOM EA(each).

Ex : 1.00 EA or 0.500 EA

So i used NODIM(GR QTY) in query designer. This solved my problem. i got 0.500/0.342 (wat ever present in target) in the output. But my client says he wants the units also to be displayed in the query output.

Pls let me know the possibilities.

Are you rounding off the value in the report ?

Check againt the number of decimals against the Key Figure

Are you using BI 7.0, which in case you might not deleted the PSA, and the line item is aggregating...

Pls check with PSA in DATASOURCE , clean it and reload the data...
