13.0.35 Dynamic List of Values(LOV) parameters causes "Invalid Parameter"

I just updated to Crystal Reports 13.0.35 for Visual Studio. Any report that has a Dynamic List of Values will not run. I get an Invalid Parameter dialog box. I also tried creating a new report based on SQL Server and then an Excel file. Both reports failed to run with the same Invalid Parameter. Can anyone help?

A video of the problem can be seen here.!AvCtCf0yHSvwi515NyTXxvOqGaYBtw

    Hi James,

Dynamic Parameters needs to query the DB for the values so the first thing you need to do is log onto the database. Being logged on when designing the report will not pass the log on info when running in debug mode.

See the download WIKI, there is a link to a Parameter test app on it. Set log on info and then preview and it should prompt for them.

Also, on the viewer property page there is an option to ReuseParameterValues.... set it to true, but since you did not set any defaults it's not going to pass anything to the viewer prompt.
