Hi Dear,

Business Process means, a process followed by a company in their various activities. E.g in HR, Finance etc etc...

Before preparing SAP PROJECT documents like CSBP or FSBP and Blue Prints we need to understand Client's bussiness process. Their way of handling respective work.

BPM is a management which helps business organizations to standardize and continueously optimize operational processes that have the largest impact on achieving corporate performance goals.

BPM as a technology :It provides the IT organizations with a framework of tools to model, deploy and execute processes that include human and system tasks (as, e. g., workflows) or that span across different business applications and require a broad set of integration capabilities (as, e. g., messaging, transformation, adapter technology; known as EAI – Enterprise Application Integration).
