Increase the depth in the ESS Team Calendar

How do you increase the depth in the ESS Team Calendar?

At the moment the Manager when using the Team Calendar in ESS only sees their immedate Org Unit, (See Org A below).

They want to be able to see at least 2 levels down (Org B and Org C):

(Manager) Org A

L......................Org B

L.......................Org C

Where do you set the depth so they can see more of the Org Structure?

In this you can set the Technical depth in the rules for objeect selection and then assign your rule to your object selection

Dear,

Try Transaction Code: PP01 Maintain Object, then configure for your given example the relationship between A, B and C in the “Department/ Staff” relationship, also you could configure the “Hieratical Level” for each Org Unit so that you can get your ESS or MSS reporting levels accordingly, I hope this could work and it will help
