How to use Wily Introscope to investigate 500 Internal server errors?

Hello,

We have just installed Wily Introscope in our landscape and we know it is a performance analysis tool for Java applications but problem is we do not know how to use its functionality most especially as an aid to investigate 500 Internal Server Errors which we often get in our BI Portal application. Any specifics on what to and how to?

Can you guide us through?

HI,

If u have identified the error,, 500 internal server error, next u can go ahead with the JAVA Component analysis, using the WebView tool of wily introscope,, or the work station,,, and then u can go for a E2E Trace Analysis, and A Thread Dump Analysis on that server..

u may also go ahead with the JAVA Memory analysis and and the J2EE Workload analysis ,, to see whats the frequency of the error, and if this error is being triggered due to some other program, or calls..
