    Hi sbabu

While you receive material do MIGO the full quantity ( without scrap ). Create a seperate storage location for scrap. Then from unrestricted stock move it to the Scrap storage location by movement type 411. From there you can sell scrap by raising invoice.

    Dear,

You need to maintain BOM XX with ABCD as components. and do suncontracting PO and GR/GI cycle.

Then about the scrap of ABCD if you want to identify ech seperately then you need 4 scrap codes so that you can do the GR for those material.

The procedure is cereate a PO order type with no price, no IV required.

create a PO and do the GR, hence no a/c document generated for vendor payment.

I hope you are clear, if not come back
