Subcontracting and QM

hi all,

we are giving subcontracting to do some external processing.for that i assign 0130 insp type.when ever we are doing MIGO lot is generating .now issue is for ex if we gave 1000 components to subcontractor on 57f4 (mvt 541)for other process he is doing inward checking in that he found 30 nos are rejected.so he is doing process for 970 and giving back 970 on that challan and our people are closing that challan that 30 pcs are reversal mvt542.so now how to moniter that 30 pcs in qm .

Hi,

1) By transaction MB1B, enter movement type 542 & bring the material to your plant.

2) Create quality notification manually & assign the tasks to the notification.

3) If required you can post the material to blocked stock or to the return delivery to vendor.
