output problem for webdynpro abap

hello,

i have got ECC 5.0 version. i can edit webdynpro components and can see the view layout ,but when i activate the application and test it , i cant get the output and the message displays on my web page is "webdynpro abap is not available in web AS 6.40 release".

can anyone tell me how to overcome this problem or can i use SAP netweaver 7.0 trial version download from SDN and is it a good resource to practice on webdynpro?

It was already shipped in ECC5.0, but is not yet 'available' for using. You'll have to wait until ECC6.0.

Downloading the trialversion is OK. WebDynpro can be used for creating web applications.
