Cfolder SRM intregation

Hi,

I am facing a problem in Cfolder SRM intregation. when a bidder create

a bid then in Cfolder, folders of PUBLIC AREA is copied in his BID area. i want to hide all the folders from bidder's area in CFolder.

For the same purpose i need:-

A BADI on creation of BID,

Guid of all folders which already copied in Bidder's Area.

A function module for change the status of that folders.(Status will be HIDE).

From whom you wish to hide cFolder objects in Private area?

Is it from Buyer?

If it's from buyer, you get this from standard if you populate Opening date in the bid invitation. Buyer will not have access (read) to private areas.

Else you can use the Status Profile which can be assigned to work areas/collaborations. Status Profile authorisation have the highest priority over other direct/inhertited authorisations.

Is there anyway to use status profile to restrict bidders to view each others private work area?

Could you please elaborate?

We would like to use the competitive cfolder SRM integration scenario where the bidder private area is automatically created while creating bid response and at the same time bidders should not be able to see each others cfolder details.

How do we achieve this with standard functionality.

What roles do we need to assign to the public folder and sap gui SRM user?
